Thank you for choosing Noah’s Travel for your transportation needs. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they govern your use of our services.
Booking Process
- Booking Confirmation:
- An enquiry does not constitute a booking until confirmed by Noah’s Travel.
- Written confirmation of the booking will be sent via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
- Please allow 24 hours for reply to your query.
- For urgent enquiries or bookings, please call, message, or WhatsApp 07511 555 713.
- Booking Line Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 08:00 to 20:00
- Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 to 18:00
- 24/7 For advance booking: WhatsApp or message 07511 555 713 or Email: noahstravel1@gmail.com
- Changes to Booking:
- We require 24 hours notice for any changes to the booking.
Payment Terms
- Deposits and Remaining Balances:
- A 50% deposit is required for all bookings.
- All balances must be paid in full prior to the day of service.
- Payment can be made to the driver at the time and place of the first collection (pick up) point in cash, or it can be paid by bank transfer or card machine.
- Additional Charges:
- Additional charges will apply on special days including New Year and Christmas.
- Payment Methods:
- We accept all major debit and credit cards.
- We do not store any debit or credit card details.
- Credit Terms:
- Where credit terms have been agreed to, full payment is due and payable within 15 days of the invoice date.
Cancellation Policy
- Corporate Account:
- Cancellations within 48 hours are chargeable at the full amount of the booking fee.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the booking time will be charged 50%.
- Refunds:
- Refunds will not be issued if the passenger does not show up for prepaid journeys.
- No refund is made for cancellation within 48 hours of a booking on the day of travel.
Service Conditions
- Waiting Time:
- Luggage:
- Noah’s Travel will use its own discretion in relation to the volume and/or weight of luggage to be carried.
- We reserve the right to refuse to carry excessive amounts.
- Delays:
- It shall be the hirer’s responsibility to allow adequate time to reach their destination.
- Noah’s Travel does not accept any responsibility for missed connections (e.g., flights, trains) due to:
- Adverse weather
- Traffic conditions
- Road traffic accidents
- Road closures
- Road maintenance
- Vehicle breakdown
- Any unforeseen circumstances
- Vehicle Substitution:
- In order to maintain an excellent level of service, Noah’s Travel may occasionally, and at peak times, provide sub-contracted vehicles.
Health and Safety
- Driving Standards:
- Noah’s Travel drivers will drive at safe speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic, and legal speed limits.
- Smoking Policy:
- Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles in accordance with UK law.
- Food and Drink:
- In certain circumstances, although not encouraged, food and drink may be consumed within our vehicles.
- This is only at the discretion of our driver.
- Any soiling or damage to the vehicle will be charged to the hirer at the prevailing rate.
Passenger Responsibilities
- Meeting Points:
- For all journeys booked, passengers are requested to be at the agreed meeting place and time.
- Personal Belongings:
- Please ensure that all belongings have been accounted for before your driver departs.
- In the event of any items being left in the vehicle after client departures, we will try our best to return items as soon as possible.
- Noah’s Travel will not be liable for any loss or damage to property.
- Vehicle Care:
- In the event of sickness, spillages, and soiling in the vehicle, the cost of a valet and time lost will be a minimum of £150.00.
- Safety Compliance:
- Noah’s Travel insurers will not cover injuries caused by passenger irresponsibility such as:
- Not wearing a seat belt
- Opening doors before the vehicle has come to a halt

Vehicle and Driver Standards
- Vehicle Maintenance:
- All our vehicles are modern, well-maintained Mercedes Benz vehicles fitted with satellite navigation systems.
- These systems provide the quickest and most efficient routing and give up-to-the-minute traffic information, allowing alternative routes to be sought to minimize delays.
- Driver Qualifications:
- All our drivers and vehicles are registered and approved by the relevant Local Authority.
- Our vehicles undergo bi-annual checks.
- Our drivers undergo regular medicals, licence checks, and importantly, Enhanced DBS checks.
- This means you can count on professional, pleasant, and highly skilled drivers.
Liability
- Property Liability:
- Noah’s Travel shall not be liable for loss or damage to clients’ property.
- Damage to Vehicle:
- The client who books the vehicle will be responsible for any damage to the vehicle or its fixtures.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
